Bounce To Disk funkar plötsligt inte... Hjälp!

Hej. Jag kör ProoTols LE 7.1 med Digi002r, Command8, MacBook och FireWire-hårddisk.

Har spelat in några spår och ska göra Bounce To Disk för att få en wav-fil som en polare ska få så att han kan har nåt att lyssna på när han ska göra påläggsspår. Idag funkar dock inte Bounce To Disk. Felmeddelandet säger:

Could not complete the Bounce To Disk command because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vbpc/AlturaPorts/NewFileLibs/FileFormat/MacBuild/../../FF/Audio/FF_AudioProperty.cpp", line33.

Vad i hela friden menas med det? Och hur kommer jag tillrätta med problemet?

Jag har aldrig tidigare stött på något problem med Bounce To Disk.

Har du ändrat på DAE playback buffern? Den ska stå på Level 2: default.

1. On the root level of every mounted hard drive, go into the Digidesign Databases folder and delete the "Volume.ddb" and "WaveCache" files.

2. Go to: MacHD > Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Databases > Volumes. Delete all of the files in this folder (they will have very odd names).

3. Go to: MacHD > Users > (your user name, aka "the house icon") > Library > Preferences. Delete the following files:

com.digidesign.protools.plist

DAE Prefs (entire folder)

Digisetup.OSX

ProTools...v6.x Preferences (this may be either Pro Tools LE or TDM, and any version, such as 6.4 or 6.9).

Empty the trash and you should be able to then complete your bounce.

Och därmed var problemet löst! Jättetack! 😕

DAE playback buffern var mycket riktigt ändrad. Begriper bara inte när eller hur den blev det.

Jag älskar verkligen detta forum, där man kan få få snabb och kompetent hjälp då man kört fast (vilket händer mig lite titt som tätt).

Hoppas att jag nån gång framöver kan bidra med nåt nyttigt själv.
