Har alltid undrat: Vad är "Main Automation" som finns i pattern 9?

Vad har den för funktion? Vad är det för något?

Citat från Fl-studio.com hjälp manual:

"Main automation: By default, Pattern Track 9 is named 'Main automation' and is the standard location in which to store Automation Events. Note that pattern 9 is simply a normal, renamed Pattern and so it can be used for note data, if desired."
