You grant and assign to SAMSUNG, the exclusive title and right to any and all rights in the music and contents you have submitted, including without limitation, your song, performance and any copyright necessary to enable its reproduction, distribution, modification, publishing and/or other exploitation by SAMSUNG, in all media, including but not limited to the SAMSUNG and MTV Unsigned site, any commercial add, downloadable ring tone / the full and complete song in all kinds of format, such as AAC, MP3, WMA or others, 3gp file, pre-listen midi file, streaming, television program/commercial, radio program/commercial, motion picture, music video, mobile phone, MP3 players, mobile networks or the internet for all purposes (including advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights), as the same may be modified and altered, throughout the universe, in so far as possible in perpetuity and for no compensation, unless otherwise required by law or according to agreement with a Nordic Copyright Society.
