New updates for Korg opsix, modwave and wavestate

Korg opsix v. 2.0

In opsix version 2.0., the EFFECT operator mode was added. When using this mode, the oscillator signal and input signal are fed into one of 10 different effects, including delay, comb filter, and distortion.

Other improvements:

• Noise Pink and Noise Blue have been added to the list of available oscillator waveforms
• Aftertouch is now selectable as a control source for LFOs, EGs, and the Virtual Patch.(*1)
• Aftertouch can now be recorded and played back via the motion sequencer.(*1)
• Midi clock sync is now more accurate
• 100 new preset programs and improvements to some of the original 250, resulting in 350 total preset sounds

modwave System Updater v1.1 and Sound Editor, Sample Builder are now available.

Sample Builder - Support for User Samples

• Express yourself in your own unique voice. Import up to 4 GB of your own Multi-samples into the modwave via the new Sample Builder application for Mac and Windows.

Editor/Librarian

• The modwave Editor/Librarian lets you organize and edit data on a modwave connected to a Mac or Windows computer via USB, and transfer sound data back and forth between the modwave and the computer.

Editor/Librarian

• The Editor/Librarian acts as a seconds fronts panel for the wavestate. Realtime display of the modulated parameter values and Wave Sequences gives you instant feedback on your creations.
