Någon med positiva/negativa erf. av at skicka låtar till musikförl./bolag över nätet

hur gör man bäst mp:3 filer..?

jag har provat och jag undrar om det blir någon försämring av låten när man gör om den till mp:3.. något standard förfarande vid konverteringen/bränningen som förbättrar slutresultatet? tacksam för svar
